What's a trigger point and how do I locate them for optimal pain release?  I'll help you learn how to press your way through your client' s tense spots the easy way.  A great class for any practioner.  Trigger work is a great add-on to any service and is necessary for deep tissue and athletic massage.  (Therapist's fingernails should be trimmed very short.
